The Answers You Must Have

Q. Should I see an attorney before being seen by a Doctor?

A. It is important to get checked by a qualified Physician. The findings of that physician will allow you the information you need. You decide if an attorney is necessary. We can refer you to a number of highly qualified and very reputable attorneys. We receive NO reimbursement of any kind for this referral; it is a service to make the entire process easier on you!

Q. What if my car only sustained minor damage?

A. Documented studies done by Charles Carroll, M.D. and Lee Riley, M.D. revealed the following: The amount of damage to the automobile bears little relation to the force applied to the cervical spine (neck) of the occupants. What that means is the damage to the passenger is not always directly related to the amount of damage the vehicle received. Low impact crashes, cause little to no damage to a vehicle, they are also the number one cause of untreated permanent soft tissue injury!

Q. If I need treatment for this injury, do I have to pay for it?

A. New Jersey is a “no fault” state, which means it doesn't matter who's at fault in causing the accident, your auto insurance covers without raising your rates! Of course, we will verify any and all insurance information for you, submit all claims and handle any paperwork necessary!

Q. The insurance company has been calling and wants me to settle, what should I do, and what should I sign?

A. Please, no matter what, for the sake of your health, DO NOT SIGN or settle anything, until you have yourself examined by a Physician specializing in auto accident trauma! If you sign off an accident before your injuries are resolved, or worse, before you realize you've been injured, the insurance company will not cover ANYTHING. After you've been examined, we handle all insurance correspondence. Your claims adjuster will provide with medical documentation to show any and all signs of injury! Insurance companies make it difficult to know your legal rights. Don't be a victim twice!

Q. Is this care safe?

A. EXTREMELY SAFE, all treatment is designed with your well-being in mind, this includes your safety! This type of care and specialized treatment is very gentle and designed to soothe and relax the patient. Most of our patients actually look forward to their visits.
